It's been almost 2 years since Scott told me he was ready to get serious and lose weight. He started off on the eliptical at the gym and I eventually talked him into running. He lost about 70 lbs and back in March he ran a 1/2 marathon. A couple month after the 1/2, he started to lose interest in running and was ready to try something different. He decided to give Crossfit a try. While his 1st experience with Crossfit was terrible, I talked him into trying it again once we found Sherwood Crossfit. It was much closer to home and they had a beginner class (unlike the 1st place her tried). He LOVED it. Heck we both did. They started a 4pm class about a month later that fit his schedule and he has been going ever since. It's amazing how much smaller he has gotten in the 4 months he has been going. A couple of weeks ago after the Razorback game in Little Rock, I forced him to go to the mall with me. He ended up trying on some jeans and bought 2 pair of size 36 jeans. He said he can't remember the last time he wore a 36 so this was extra exciting. The icing on the cake was when we stopped in Gearhead Outfitters on our way out and he tried on a Large North Face jacket and it FIT. The proof is in the pictures below.
I am sooo proud of you Scott!!!!

Way to go!!
I did CrossFit for awhile and loved it - crazy intense, but it's amazing to realize how hard you really can push yourself!
This is such an inspiring story! Congrats to your sweet man for his great progress.
