My running life has been pretty boring lately so I thought I would start updating every couple of weeks instead of every week. Instead of running in the Capital City 10K last Saturday, Scott and I worked in the yard. The weather was great, but I still managed a terrible sunburn on my back. LESSON LEARNED! Fair skinned people must wear sunscreen....even on April 2nd!
