Lately.....

I am terrible when it comes to regular blog posts, so this will be the highlights of whats been going on and a few random thoughts

• I turned 30 last month.  Scott and I had an awesome dinner @ Cajun's with my mom, Scott's parents, and my cousin Jessica.
• Scott turned 33 last month.  He didn't really want to do anything so we went to the gym and cooked dinner at home.
• We celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary on August 9th.
• Scott started going to Crossfit and loves it.
• We had our annual Lake-a-Palooza lake weekend with some great friends last weekend.  We had awesome weather and the weekend was relatively drama free this year.  Nothing like laying by the pool and swimming in the lake with awesome friends.  There was lots of good food too!
• School started back this week.  I never imagined back to school would affect me like it does.  I guess when you work for a school district that's just the way it goes.  It is also making my commute to work suck again.
• I have never been soo ready for Football season.  I am not ready to see Scott park himself in front of the TV for 12 hours every Saturday and 1/2 the day on Sunday, but I am ready for cooler weather which is never far behind the start of football season.
